Shattered Dreams
It's easy to dream big dreams. It's easy to desire success. It's easy to see only the victory. However, it's not easy to start from no where or with nothing and make those dreams come true.
It takes team work, hard work, dedication, unity and yes that means everyone being on the same page seeking to achieve the same overall goal. Within such are bumps, setbacks and sometimes mountains to climb and overcome.
The key is not only charting the course, but also staying the course and finishing the race.
Failure is not a part of the equation.
